Ekam Nyaay Foundation is dedicated to promoting gender equality and addressing the pressing issues faced by men in society. Our work is guided by a set of core values that include integrity, compassion, and inclusivity. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals affected by false accusations, wrongful convictions, and other human rights violations, offering legal aid, emotional support, and counseling services.
Counselling
At Ekam Nyaay Foundation, we recognize that legal issues can take an extreme toll on an individual's emotional & mental well-being, especially those men who are accused of crimes they haven't committed.
Many men caught in these situations feel suicidal. We aim to provide a shoulder of support, and an empathetic ear to such victims to help them in their challenging times.
Our counseling services are designed to offer a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express their feelings, process their experiences, and develop coping strategies.
Our team of counselors with backgrounds in social work and law provides compassionate and effective support, guided by our core values of integrity, compassion, and inclusivity.
Through our counseling services, Ekam Nyaay Foundation has helped numerous individuals regain their confidence, rebuild their lives, and move forward with hope and resilience.
Content
At Ekam Nyaay Foundation, we harness the power of media to drive social change and advocate for men's rights and gender equality. Our content is designed to raise awareness, educate the public, engage our audience, and advocate for policy reforms. We create compelling posts, stories, and videos that inform and inspire action on key issues.
Through our documentary films & independent journalism, we delve deeper into issues concerning men and their families telling stories that are important and compelling in a way that moves people.
By leveraging social media and visual storytelling, we aim to foster a supportive community and create a just and equitable society for all individuals.
Intervention
In cases of larger public interest, Ekam Nyaay Foundation works with victims on the ground to get them justice.
Our interventions so far have involved exposing dating app scams, working with police to nab honeytrap gangs, exposing and getting serial rape accusers arrested, meeting higher police officials to seek proper investigations in false dowry & rape cases, preventing arrests of innocents through legal & police support, crowdfunding for male victims who don't get any compensation from the system & more. We constantly try to bring as much relief as possible to people who come to us with hope.

Research
Ekam Nyaay Foundation focuses on bringing to light research reports on various issues faced by men in society. Despite the reluctance in the country to acknowledge these statistics, our foundation is dedicated to highlighting how many men have died, committed suicide, or been murdered by their partners. At Ekam Nyaay, we take proactive steps to research these often-ignored issues, shedding light on how men are victims, the mental trauma they endure, and the impact of these traumas on their lives. Our team of dedicated researchers works diligently on these critical topics, and we also support other researchers who are committed to studying these issues. Our goal in publishing this research is to raise awareness in society.
