EKAM NYAAY FOUNDATION takes the privacy of every individual or donor or organization that reaches out to us very seriously. Any communication, interaction, exchange of information, or any transaction you do with the Foundation remains highly confidential. Any data provided by our patrons, visitors, or donors for any purpose, we do not share e-mail addresses or phone numbers with any third party except for organizational compliance.

EKAM NYAAY FOUNDATION deeply values all contributions made to support our work. 

To protect the privacy of our donors and their contribution towards EKAM NYAAY FOUNDATION, we maintain the following policies:

  • - Personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and PAN number are asked for the purposes of accepting donations to EKAM NYAAY FOUNDATION.
  • - People who reach out to us for their personal cases are also required to furnish basic details so that we know that the request is bona-fide. It also helps us to maintain follow-ups on those cases
  • - We do not use this information for any other purpose without your consent.
  • - We do not trade or sell your personal information to other organizations.
  • - Donor information is kept confidential.
  • - Donors may request, at any time, to not receive any communication from our side.
  • - We do not track, collect, or distribute personal information entered by those who visit our website.
  • - Our hosting data server provides data protection meeting PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), HTTPS encrypted communication via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, intrusion detection for all devices and network nodes, state-of-the-art firewall infrastructure that detects malicious application attacks, virus protection, network load balancing devices, and site data backup. 

 
THIRD PARTY SERVICES: Contributions through our supporters are processed via a payment gateway provider. These payment gateways allow donors to contribute electronically using a payment services account, a credit card, or other payment method. These gateways collect certain information from donors, and one can refer to their privacy policies to determine their practices.

CONNECTING WITH CONTRIBUTORS: 

Our contributor's data may be used for these purposes:

  • - Sending receipts of contributions along with a message of gratitude
  • - Informing contributors about any special projects or fundraising for a specific campaign
  • - Internal analysis such as research and analytics
  • - Record keeping or organizational compliance

TESTIMONIALS: 

Our well-wishers and those who have received help through any of our efforts can submit a testimonial. These testimonials shall be displayed on the website along with the name of the person who has acknowledged or appreciated our work unless they want to remain anonymous.
