  • Data Security: We do not store your credit card or debit card information. All payment data is transmitted directly to the payment gateway and processed securely.
  • Fraud Prevention: We implement fraud prevention measures to safeguard your donation. However, we cannot guarantee complete immunity from fraudulent activities.

 
2. Limited Liability

  • Payment Processing: While we strive to ensure secure payment processing, we cannot be held liable for any unauthorized transactions, errors, or system failures that occur beyond our reasonable control.
  • Donor Responsibility: Donors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment information and for reporting any unauthorized use of their payment cards promptly.

 
3. Secure Donation Mode

  • Secure Connection: When making a donation, ensure that your browser indicates a secure connection (usually denoted by a padlock icon in the address bar).
  • Verify Website: Double-check the website address to confirm that you are on the correct donation page and not a fraudulent site.
  • Payment Information: Exercise caution when entering your payment information. Avoid using public Wi-Fi networks for sensitive transactions.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gurugram. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram.
