From Rape Capital Of India To FALSE Rape Capital Of India : RTI Reply From Delhi District Courts Reveal Extremely Low Conviction Rate Of 4.3% In IPC 376 In Last 4 Years

Only 133 cases ended in conviction out of 3,097 tried. Action taken against women in only 5 cases where they turned hostile. A total of ₹88 crores was released as compensation, but only ₹6 lakhs was recovered from those who filed false cases.
